I have used Extra Space before at IMM. I did compare with others and finally chose it because of location and service. You should call a few and ask for a quote. Make your own comparison from there.

I rented a size 14.33sqm (approx dimension 2.99 m (l) x 3.99 m (w) x 2.7 m (h)) for about 5 months.
Need to pay refundable security deposit about $500. For rental of more than x months, rental for 1st mth: $ 1.00 promotional rate
Rental from 2nd mth onwards: $ 488.40 after 15% discount

check if they still have this promotional offer.

My house was moved and also furniture stored there for 4 months.
