Rental Contract Renewal Conflict Help
 

Hi,

I'm emailing on behalf of my father. He has been doing retail business at a mall for around 20 yrs. His rental contract is renewed every 2 to 3 yrs and this June, his contract will be due for renewal. To cut the story short, there was some conflict between the management and us due to an alarm problem and now, the management is not willing to renew our contract. We tried to talk to the manager personally but he is still not changing his mind. If that's the case, what alternatives do we have if we really want to renew the contract?
