Default Registering with ACRA

Guys, I got a question regarding registering my start up with ACRA.

Assuming I just want to register the company name first, can I put my residential address first? Obviously I want to secure my desired company name first before jumping the gun to secure a retail space.

Thanks

You can register for Home Office Scheme

You can read more about it via the link provided.

There are two parts to incorporation. First is the name application & approval. Upon approval, it will be reserved by ACRA for you for a certain period. The fee is S$15.

Second part is the actual incorporation where you are required to fill in details like company activity, list of directors & shareholders, address etc. The incorporation fee charged by ACRA is S$300.

Let me know if you need more info. =)
