hi, i always go there for my meal & shop...
the crowd there is very good...and i always intend to get a pushcart there...but rather ex for me....

so if you're looking for someone to sell....please let me know....

Dear All,

Thanks for your good advice. The rental is rather high close to $4k and my partner have contacts to get one starting soon in AMK hub, but not sure about the crowd on weekdays & week ends as well as purchasing power. Would be great if someone can share some good advice. Tell me more about the corwd and timing.

that's like 134 bucks a day! thats crazy!
weekdays should be more of a problem.
becoz there isn a crowd like weekends.
but then, its pretty good becoz got lotsa students hang out there.
at the same time, you gotta consider the fact that crowd is no good too coz too crowded also cannot see anything.
if its me, i dun like crowded places coz i can't even walk around freely, dun even talk about see stuff.

anybody knows how much does a 800-1000 sqft shop cost in amk hub level 2?
