Hi there,

Can someone share with me is there any crowd with purchasing power in HAJI LANE. It seems very quiet and hows does those retail outlets survive?

Frankly, I also wonder. My new collegue has just shut down his business there and he told me the rental was 7k for 1000+sqf. Thats actually bussorah street. But oth, I have a client there who's been there serval years. :D

There is a niche market there, and the boutique shops there, has a strong following base of their own. =)

It does not matters as much where you locate your shop. It matters much more, how you get your base of support, and spread of awareness + positioning.
