anyone familiar with Far East Plaza crowd and rental? Is a shop there expensive? Hows the crowd like?

The rental there is $40 to $48 per sq ft easpecially 3rd level.Nowasdays Far East plaza very quiet many shops shifting out due to too high rental cannot cover if you selling cheap things.

Many new boutiques selling replica designer dresses,shoes and bags are there. They claim their stuffs are over run, those stupid Singapore women especially those executives believe them but actually they are buying imitation goods.

Haha you don't know meh ! Example a dress with a label Burberry they cut of the in between label left with B and Y and they show you the picture of the actual dress from Burberry.That is not over run is called imitation!!
Many things happen also you know know leh! you think Singapore really so clean meh! Many bank excecutive ( my shop customer) also ask me to help them to get (treble AAA) Designer bags.They are still many people selling and buying imitation goods secretly in Singapore .They do not simply display these goods in the shop, they sell to their regulars and their friends only. I was told by my customers that they buy frequently from these boutiques when got new arrivals .Previously a shop on 4th floor are wholeasaler of all these clothings but was closed down by themself or buy police that I do not know lah. Hey ,I do not simply post my comments here with out knowing anything lah ,CHEH.

hi anyone tired bazaar at far east b4?near waterfall area? how's sales and crowd there?

Hi,

I tried there during Xmas last year. The crowd was great but there are also some stalls that wasn't doing well. I guess it all depends on your products too.
