pls advice, i don't know what to do? i love business, but i don't know what to sell? can doing this online biz help to add up pocket money? how to get sell and get money? will it work? what is good online biz or retail?
If i am interested in retail what should i learn and do? i really don'w know wht to sell.
how to earn and biz stuff? where to learn, any courses in pte schoool?

theres no quick and easy answer.. if anyone know whats best, they would alrady be doing it. I personally went to work at a low salary in the line i'm interested in just to *learn* the business. Try answering my questions in my previous post. perhaps you can come out with some ideas.

If you are the 1st timer and without experience, I will suggest you to start a blog to sell your items. You need to prepare how u need to take pics in a very nice way and how u intro yr products to your customers. Having pushcarts in Singapore i think is a waste of money cos you will be paying yr hard earned money all to yr rental.. So think careful of wad business you wan to set up.

Frankly, online business you can don't register, but if you want to rent a pushcart, you will need to register as the malls will only deal with registered business owners. Business registration is only $20.

Oops, posted wrong info hahahaha... cos my business is due for renewal this month at $20/yr. Registered donkey years ago le, so remembered wrongly. Anyway, I found the correct info from governtment site:

For sole-proprietor:
Set Up Costs

Fees for approval of business name: S$15 per name.

Registration fees: S$50

Yearly renewal fees: S$20

1. Purchase a domain name - cost - S$15-100

2. Purchase a SSL certificate - cost - S$25-250

3. Purchase a virtual hosting. If you have more budget, go for VPS or dedicated - cost - S$10-500

4. Research and purchase a shopping cart script. - cost - S$0-5000

5. Research and apply SEO to your online shopping.

6. If you have budget, advertise on other websites. This is because most of your keywords will be sandbox by search engines for the first 6-8 months.
