Site creation & designs first. Then you can get sales going bit by bit. Can you using facebook & google adwords to advertise your brand and bring ppl in. As for partner, it will come easier when things are going. Otherwise, you can consider hiring freelancers to market & sale or where budget permits, IT company to draw traffic to your site.

Hi Xeon,

You've got a good concept and idea going there... i guess all you needed was some business guidance to go along with...I too was really sketical like you when i 1st started my online biz... you may go to my webshop below to see the stuffs i sell, mainly gotten them from suppliers all over the world... biz is slow but constant... overhead is low thus i'm still able to stay afloat...

Anyways, i've always wanted to have a tee-shirt line of my own... but never had the creative juice... So if you're keen, do pm me and we may discuss how we could work things out?
