Lighting on Pushcart

Hi everyone,
would like to find out do all pushcart have lighting install on the cart? Or depends? Thanks.

all pushcarts have spots lights but its minimal...if you are selling accessories, your stuff hardly sparkles...

so you need to put 'add-on' lightings on your own...
