Help! Copyrights Issues
 

Hi All!

1. I'm bringing in some merchandises which have printings on them. Some are just normal patterns (floral, tribal, geometric patterns) but I have the choice to choose to bring in some designs such as 'The Beatles' and EPL soccer club logos. Is selling such designs on my merchandises illegal since they're all copyrighted? Will I be subjected to any copyrights issues? (I'm bringing in the merchandises from a China printer)

2. I will be offering customisation services to my customers. I have enquiries to print images of Winnie The Pooh or Minions on my merchandises for them. Again, is there any copyrights issue here?

3. Some other merchandises (not the printed ones) indicate no origins of the designers of the items. In fact, I actually found a design of my intended merchandise on a designer's website saying that it was designed by him. How can I overcome this? Or should I just skip this product entirely?
