Flea at Scape
 

Hi,
I'm just curious and want to find out more about the weekly flea market at Scape Building. The one at the basement carpark one. Want to get feedbacks on the sales and crowd. I did drop by for the last week and most of the crowd are students that I see. Just want to find out if there is buying power from this crowd and how much roughly can you make per weekend. Hope you guys can give constructive feedbacks as I'm very new. Thanks.

The flea at Scape at basement are mainly catering to students crowd. I do agree that this place is consider to have good crowd but a good crowd does not mean a good sales and profit. It really depends on what you are selling. Rental is cheap and most of the vendors are students themselves and they are there to make some money as well as to mix around with their friends.
Most of the vendors know each other so even though some of the vendors do not make much profit, they are happy to spend time "hanging around" that place.
Also, this place also have a lot of vendors selling 2nd hand dresses and accessories. It is very competitive and the pricing they are selling are very low.
If you intend to make a good profit, I would suggest you skip this place. There are so many venues to go to nowadays for bazaars and flea markets. But on the other hand, if you a want to spend your day getting to know more friends and to have a good laugh, you can try this place :)
