You need to copy the person's name (ctrl+c, ctrl+v prefered), click on pte messages at the top right of your screen, click on send new msg on the left of the new screen and past the name of the person you want to send to. Be aware that you have a very low kept msg limit and that all msgs sent out has a copy kept.
