I sincere invite all that have experience to contribute your experience to this thread. Let me start by asking,
Has anyone come across a kind hearted landlord who may come to know your difficult situation and offer you lower rental to ensure you do not loss too much. Perhaps in another context upon your complete of the lease and yet if they have not and even could not find a replacement tenant, allow you to continue operating at no cost.
