What kind of "traditional" clothing are you looking at?

Rental wise, you can call up the mall management or simply ask the property agents (if HDB areas).

Website, my brother does freelance (S$2000-S$3000) or you can check out the professional companies (just google website design/builder). E-commerce package would costs between S$3000-S$6000.

I do manufacturing but I doubt your bulk would be anywhere sufficiently big enough to meet the minimum requirement since you are just starting out. The factories that I have contact with have a minimum order of 500 pieces per design/colour. You can try googling or asking around. Most housewives should know how to sew, and a good number has worked in textile factories (in the past). Production would be slower and more expensive but almost no minimum!

Facebook marketing, best to try things out for yourself or pay for a professional company to do it. If the (IT) company is any good, they should appear on the first few pages of google/yahoo. Those who "teach" for a fee may not be of any good in facebook marketing in the first place.

You can get a pretty decent ecommerce website @ USD5.00 for design plus USD20.00 per year for hosting and e-commerce if u are not choosy..

Google jobowtique and check mine out..
