Can Hire Work Permit Staff for Push Cart?

Anyone know whether we can hire work permit holder to work in the push cart?

If I can recall, you must have at least 3 pink & blue ic holders. If not, you have to pay a penalty, which cost around S$350-450.

it's best to check with MOM. if the foreigner holds an invitation fr our government to apply for PR in SG, then it may be considered favourably. all applications to MOM be it if you meet the terms & conditions or not, will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

Hi

A company needs to sponsor the work permit, if the sponsor or MOM find out that the work permit holder is taking 2 jobs, there may be a problem.
