Beware of THIS PERSON Seeking Sharing of Retail Space or Pushcart
 

Recently I had rented a retail space from a person name Jxx, she is a regular in this pushcart forum and rented a space at outside heartland mall tentage,which is at Kovan at the cost of $250 from the organizer. I was one of the vendor who saw her offer to share the cost of rental and decided to give it for a try as she was charging me at a rental cost of $55.On the first day when I reached the the place, I was surprised to see 7 vendors sharing the same tentage including herself, she is selling fashion clothes, accessories and bags and is taking up the best location to place her goods. All the others vendors have less than 3m to display their products and what worse is we have realized she have charge all vendors with different rental cost ranging from $55 to $130!!! This charges allowed her to save her own rental cost and collect the surplus to take it as a profit!!!!!! :tantrum: She even own a shop at orchard area.

An argument was aroused until the organizer step in to solve the problem.Never did he expect this girl Jxx to sublet the place to other people to earn the $ in such an selfish and unprofessional way. Finally one vendor is forced to leave the place as the there are too many people sharing the lot with limited space.

All readers, my advise to you people is please be aware of such person as it is a very dishonest way to earn $. All the vendors feel cheated by her. Recently this person is seeking people to share a place at Singapore Expo. The lot are very big and she is offering $650 to a 3m space. The actual cost for this lot is actually $2500 before discount. Those vendors who are interested to share with her pls be aware. I just hope you people won't have to go through the bad times we are having.

Anyway, she is a plump and short woman wearing spectacle, with hair that is shoulder length.:eek:

I suggest all to study the cost of rental for various areas before deciding to share with others..Gd luck!

thanks 4 sharing with us.
i was lucky i didnt get cheated when i decided to shared a table in a bazar.
i really thought her intention to share tables, just like mine, is to bring down the cost.
as you know, the more table you booked, the cheaper it would be.
it really never occurred to me that she'll do such thing.
i'll be more carefull next time, thank you

some people out there is always trying to take advantage of others. i have a similiar case when i 1st start up selling. so guys...be very careful who you are dealing with.
