Anyone Try Pushcart at Singpost Before?

Hi, did anyone try pushcart at singpost before? Thinking to take up but dunno the crowd and traffic of that place. please advice thks

For that location the rental is too ex,quite a lot of office crowd and students but no buying power.
Weekends families crowd go there for marketing and food only if you interested you should go there to survey first.
