Any Feedback on Junction 8?

Hi,

Does anybody have any experience @Junction 8? How is the purchasing power over there? Are they just passer-by or buyers?

Quite crowded after office hour. Usually passing crowd coming from the MRT station walking pass on their way home.

More looking than buying.
