Is $25 per day for utilities consider expensive or norm?

if personal, i will consider that to be very ex.....
If for a business like F&B that is cheap!

For pushcart at $25 per day ... i will say that it is relatively high as some pushcart does not even charge for that.where is your pushcart locate at?
hmm. 1st time encounter a pushcart that charge for the utilities.

The Central.
On top of Rental rate $1800 - $3600, there is also a utilities charge at $25 per day.

wow. so expensive.... with $25 per day you will have to pay ard $750 plus 1800-3600 for the whole month? is that in a prime location? will you be able to cover back your cost? that is really very expensive leh...please reconsider if you have yet to take that up....

I worked out, its about $100-$150 nett per day.
I have no experience in pushcart, not much idea about the market rate.
Im still considering, personally i find the rental quite high, how about u guys?

If 100-150 per day, then i believe that you can give it a try,,but is your pushcart at a good location? cause some shopping centre have pushcart that is not very visible to the shopper.

Yea i agree, they have 3 location for the pushcart and the cost vary too, i will drop by there to recce one of this day before i make up my mind.

not a problem at all. yar you should look ard 1st as i believe a high rent will result in good crowd...no point paying for the lowest pushcart ending up with no sales ..Right?

yes i am in pushcart business... i am dealing with accessories .how about you?> what are you dealing with? i am having a pushcart in vivo city .at least they do not charge me utilities ...if not.....i will flop.

vivo is having a rate of $2500 to $3600 if i am not wrong.
location is an issue that you will need to consider too.

oh my! all you poor people!
when I WAS still in my retail biz, there is NO such thing as utilities bills. Even $1 per day is RIDICULOUS! cos they HAD already included that in the rental already (mind you).

I've stopped my 7years of retail biz only less than 2years, yet so much have changed. Wow! I've been paying Flat rate, that is JUST the rate of the pushcart rental, and that's it!

the shopping centres are REALLY into squeezing the pushcarts tenants dry... that what it appears to me!

WOW! That show how wost the business for us now. Customers ask for lower prices, shopping ctr ask for high rental fees. :(

Current no $$ to go a head for this kind of pushcarts, better go for flea market and my online shop at the time being...
