Can't view my private message

I am logged in with my username and password and I see that I have a private message but when I click on it, it brings me to a log in page. I tried logging in, but it showed the log in page again. I can't see my private message. please help.

Hi
Can you delete all cookies, clear history, delete all temporary internet files using Internet Options in IE and try again?

If using another browser, do the equivalent steps.
