Reputation System - Help Fellow Members
Dear members
In order to increase the transparency of the market place and help fellow members identify unethical traders who treat fellow members unfairly or cheat them outright, please use the forum's Reputation System to make sure such members get what they derserve: a bad rep. In every post a member makes, you will see a Reputation Box containing his Reputation Level. Default points is 10 (a green square ![]() Reputation Power is determined by: Length of membership (1 year= 1 point) Post count (100 posts = 1 point) Reputation Points (20 points = 1 point) (these factors will be adjusted over time and we welcome your feedback) Qualifying members can add/minus Reputation Points of another member by clicking on the ![]() Remember also to reward deserving members with "I Approve" to encourage helpful and ethical behaviour. While this system is not perfect, hopefully it can serve to weed out some of the black sheeps in the community. In the case of outright fraud, please do not hesitate to contact us directly to assist in any police investigations. We do not protect any group/groups of members, whether they are on paid membership or not. Having said this, please be mindful that this is a B2B portal and most members are here for a profit motive. Hence, please make sure that you scrutinise your counter party and do your own homework before entering into any contracts. With this in mind, we hope to make your experience in using this platform a more pleasant one. Regards |

Re: Reputation System - Help Fellow Members
Hi i'm still not sure abt this system. Can someone pls enlighten me? Defaut pt is 10 and if anything lower than tt means bad rep? Then for the rep power starting is 0 and anything higher than tt means good rep? Correct anot?

Re: Reputation System - Help Fellow Members
As I understand, if your points less than 10 that mean someone votes you bad reputation.

Re: Reputation System - Help Fellow Members
oh so it means points lower then 10 no good, then rep power high then good la is it?
|
Re: Reputation System - Help Fellow Members
I think what that means is if you have a certain number of posts and without any de-merits, then reputation will be good...cause I don't think we can merit any person leh.
