Price S$3400 +1% sale*7GST.
4 month deposit Shop in Yewtee poit Level 1 Next to YewTee MRT now left 9 month contract, Contract can renewable shop can book for atrium sales, you can arrange for atrium sale earn some extra money for every 2 or 3 months. we did atrium sales in july, so next booking in Nov or Dec. We have other business to do and have to go to oversea handle the contract for 7 months. we wish can find someone take over all and there is no take over fees. no renovation require. |
