Frangipani Creations, is inspired by the local tropical flora. As a tribute to this bloom, Frangipani Creations – The Store is born. This World’s First Frangipani Concept Store features the Frangipani’s many different facets with refreshing fine hand-crafted creations, accessories and jewelery, designed and devoted to inspire, educate, reflect and respect the tropical Frangipani flora. Frangipani Creations - The Store, with its nature and resort –oriented feel, is committed to complement the scene and atmosphere of its location at The Sentosa Boardwalk - South-East Asia’s largest thematic walkway. This 620 metre-long ‘Boardwalk in the Garden’ linking VivoCity Promenade and Sentosa, features five garden themes depicting different landscapes of Singapore. Visitors can take in views of the scenic waterfront as they stroll on the boardwalk, be transported on the canopy-covered travellators, stay for refreshments, visit Frangipani Creations on their journey to purchase special gifts, or choose to return to enjoy Sentosa Boardwalk’s illuminated night-time experience.

Job Description:
Boutique Supervisors ($1800 - $2000)

• Minimum O Levels, WSQ Certificate in Retail Operations, Advanced Certificate in Retail Supervision, Temasek Polytechnic’s Diploma in Retail Management is a plus
• Minimum 3 to 4 years’ retail operations experience with at least 2 years’ supervisory management
• Duties include stock-replenishing, daily house-keeping
• Handle payment transactions at Point-of-Sale system (POS)
• Reconcile daily payment balance, cash & credit cards payment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Good leadership qualities and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of the retail fashion industry with business acumen and sales focus
• Ensure accuracy of POS with physical stock inventory and conduct stock audit check
• Design & implement training programmes & schedules
• Instill a sales and service culture that promotes brand values
• Ensure store's visual display is executed as per brand guidelines
• Responsible for store's sales targets
• Able to work retail shifts (9 am – 7 pm or 12 pm - 10 pm) including weekends and public holidays

Boutique Assistants/Management Trainee ($1300 - $1500)

• GCE ‘N’/‘O’ Level holder, WSQ Certificate in Retail Operations, recent graduates of Temasek Polytechnic’s Diploma in Retail Management is a plus
• GCE ‘N’/‘O’/Diploma Levels holders with relevant sales or customer service experiences within the retail or luxury fashion industry
• Candidates with WSQ Certificate in Retail Operations preferred
• Well groomed with a pleasant disposition
• Customer service oriented with good selling skills
• Driven and is passionate in growing a career within the fashion industry
• Able to retail shifts (9 am – 7 pm or 12 pm - 10 pm) including weekends and public holidays
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice
