1st rule, If you dun have enough reserve to run at least 3 mths to 6 mths without business, you might not want to start up a actual shop front. Its bloody stressful. And how are you different from the other shops selling perfumes?

You might want to check out the following tread for rental rates at different mall locations: http://retailbx.sg/resources/pushcart-listing-2/

Just drop them a call directly for the latest pricing.

In any case, a pushcart business is no different from other retail businesses, so do at least prepare yourself a brief business plan before plunging in. Consider issues like: products (costing, competitive pricing, USPs), customer (target profiles, demand), marketing (display, packaging), financials (monthly, even weekly projected sales, budgeting, cash flow), staffing etc.

We have incubated perfume sellers before and thus can say that perfume business can be quite profitable if you prep and plan your business well enough in advance, so good luck then!
