Hi all,

I would like to find out :

1) what is the part time rates ($/hour) for employing a sales person for a retail outlet?

2) What is the full time and commission rates (salary and commission %) for employing a sales person for a retail outlet?

3) What is the genaral working hours per day / per week?

4) Does rates differ between a employing a student and a housewife?

$5-$6.50

2) What is the full time and commission rates (salary and commission %) for employing a sales person for a retail outlet?

Commission based on %. Some gives 5%-10% per items sold. Some give % based on their overall sales. Salary can range from 1k-1.3k. Depending on working hours. Usually work 5 day-6days.

3) What is the genaral working hours per day / per week?

Start of operation. For e.g. morning till night. Unless is shift. Work 5 days at least. Need to work on public holiday (optional)

4) Does rates differ between a employing a student and a housewife?

Students. Depend. O level. A level. Poly. People without o level is around $4-5. A level poly will be $5-$6.50.
