I have this idea of setting up a small kiosk for take-away food. I already have in mind what to sell. Something like Old chang kee. Deep fried stuff..in many style. I have my own brand and concept to work with. I am looking at small kiosk to minimize rental fee. Is there market for this? would you pay $2 for a snack?
