Default Change in Date* Flea Bazaar @ Downtown East E!Hub

Flea Bazaar is coming to DownTown East E!Hub at Pasir Ris during the school holiday period of June!!

You will be expecting GOOD CROWD of youngsters, families, young couples as the whole Downtown East Chalet is FULLY BOOKED throughout the school holiday. What’s more, Cathay Cineplex, Billiard Room, Game Arcade are all located on Level 4, KBox, and the Japanese restaurant – Nihon Mura are located on Level 5. OUR BAZAAR will be at BOTH LEVELS where most of the crowd will be!! 

With less than 35 stalls in total, you will have much LESSER COMPETITORS of your same trade, much MORE STALL SPACE, customers will feel MUCH MORE COMFORTABLE & EASILY to view and patronise all the stalls!!!

D.I.Y and unique products’ vendors are the MOST WELCOME!!

CLOSING DATE: 14 June (Mon)

Date: 24 – 27 June (Thur – Sun)
Venue: Downtown East E!Hub Level 4 & 5
Time: 11am – 10pm
Rental: $260 - $300 for 4 days /
$150 - $170 (for Thur & Fri OR Sat & Sun)*depending on location
Equivalent to $5.90 - $6.80 per hr only
EXCLUDING a security deposit of $50 (will be refunded in FULL at the end of last day bazaar as long as there’s no breach of T&Cs as stated below)

*Returned stall tenants will entitle 5% discount off on the Rental Fee ONLY. Not applicable to the below additional request. please indicate your receipt no. upon registration and payment.


Additional Request:
- Stall Selection: $32 for 4 days / $16 for 2 days
- Power Point: $40 for 4 days / $20 for 2 days
- Additional Clothes Rack Brought By Vendor: $40 for 4 days / $20 for 2 days
- Additional Table (apart from the 1 table provided): $40 for 4 days / $20 for 2 days
- Additional Chair (apart from the 2 chairs provided): $8 for 4 days / $4 for 2 days

WHAT YOU GET?
- A 1.9m x 1.9m space inclusive of 1 no. 3ft x 3ft table (no skirting) and 2 chairs.
- Each stall is allowed to bring 1 clothes rack. The height of the rack/any display banner/structure should not exceed 1.6m.

- If you choose not to use any tables at all, (ie. you will have zero tables) you are allowed to bring a maximum of two clothing racks. (pl informed us upon registration made)
- All stalls will be located within air conditioned area.
- Multiple stallholders will get priority when allocated stalls upon payment to ensure that they have adjoining stalls.

Types of Trade/Selling Products Not Allowed:
- F&B
- Sport shoes, high heels, flats, sandals, flip flop
- Manicure, Henna
- Books
- Any illegal items
*Any vendors who found selling such items, will be banned from signing up the bazaar.

HOW TO MAKE PAYMENT? ( SUBJECT TO APPROVAL)
- You are required to make a $50 deposit (to show your strong interest in this bazaar). If you are selected, this $50 will be treated as security deposit and will be returned to you at the end of the last day bazaar. If you are not selected, you will get the refund back upon the notification email.

- Attach some photos of your selling items in powerpoint slides with the below info:

h) Additional Requests from Above?
i) Your POSB/DBS account no. (do state whether its Savings/Current):

Approval will be made based on the "atttractiveness", "fashionable" products. You will be notified within 1 week upon your sign up and to make FULL payment via Internet Banking within 4 days of notification otherwise the slot will be given to the next one on the list.

For Selected Vendors:
- You will be allocated to Level 4 or 5 based on the type of products you are selling.
- Those who are being offered to Level 4 which is much better customer crowd directly from the Cineplex, will be paying a slightly higher premium rental. However you still can choose to take Level 5 instead (subject to availability).

- No refund will be made unless bazaar is cancelled by organiser.

TERMS & CONDITIONS (T&C):
- Stall allocation will be done by event organizer based on the speed of making the full payment.
- The Organiser reserve the right to amend the layout plan and to relocate vendors at any point as necessary.
- Stall layout plan will email to you nearer to the dates of bazaar.
- Vendors are to keep their stall space clean and remove all rubbish at the end of each day.
- To keep the carpet area within your stall space clean. If there are stain/ torn/damaged/vandalism seen on the floor after the bazaar which was caused by vendors or customers near the vendor’s table, the vendors nearest to the stained area will be charged for the cleaning fees accordingly.
- Distribution of flyers is ONLY allowed within your stall space.
- Strictly NO closing of stalls before 10pm. Earliest packing up at 9.30pm. End of last day pack up at 9pm sharp.

Advertising for bazaar event will be done through plenty of channels including Straits Times Classifieds, Gumtree, 88db, Redad, Facebook, Twitter, online forum, my wide database list, poster/banner will be placed at E!Hub, flyers will be placed at Customer Service Counter.
