Anyone Keen to Rent NEA Approved Kitchen on Part Time Basis?

Hi all,

I am looking to rent an entire kitchen space in the Northeast area, and will have it renovated for NEA approval. Am looking to sublet it to other homebakers who are looking to rent on a part time basis. Anyone keen?

Hi,
Am actually in midst of discussion to rent the shop so reno hasn't been done. As such, not necessarily restricted to baking at this stage. However, would be keen to know what food business you'd be considering it for, and what would be the number of hours you are looking to commit to per week.

Hi.

Can I know the range of price you're looking at for your part time rental? I'm interested to make chocolates and baking small quantities of cakes and pastries on ad-hoc basis.

Plus may I know your nature of business as I'm concerned whether it is okay for my halal biz. Thanks. Have a great day ahead.

Siti Noraini.

Hi,

$25-35 per hour, depending on number of hours committed to on weekly basis. Mine are cupcakes. Products not halal certified tho no pork/ lard used.

Mine will be a catering business where we deal in buffet caterings, ****tail catering and even wedding catering. Our catering business is quite extension.

No. of hours to commit would depend on the orders we have for the day.currently we are doing this part time, but we're hoping to turn this into Full time business within the next year or so.

Ours wil be a halal base catering therefore it would be good if we can turn the kitchen into a halal certified when my company applies for it.

I may also be contacted at 9x for further discussion on this.

Hi,

I am interested to rent at part-time basis. I make frozen soups. So I just need to have gas stoves, chiller and freezer. Is this still available? Email me at [use PM please].
